Can I delete my account?

Right now there is no way to cancel or delete your account. If you're having trouble making something work, please Contact me and I'll help you get through it.

How secure is my data?

Every account is protected by a username and password. Only data relevant to a mutual transaction is shared between Business Owners and Contact, all other data is private.

How do I get started?

You need a Contact who has a referral to forward you, as agreed between the two of you. Click on Request Client Details and enter your Contact's name and email address in the Add a new contact box and click Send Email. Your Contact will respond by forwarding you your Potential Client's contact details.

As a BO can I also be a CONTACT to another BO?

Yes. You will need to however use a different email address, like an alias, to distinguish you from your BO status.

How quickly can I be up and running?

With SalesOneUp, you can be up and running in a matter of minutes. You start by creating a Business Owner account for $1.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

All features are billed on a month-to-month basis and charged through PayPal. Therefore, you can cancel at any time from within PayPal.

How do I sign up for SalesOneUp?

Select the Sign-up for $1 button; you are prompted to create your SalesOneUp Business Owner user account. Once you have an account, you may use it to create lists of CONTACTs who forward you qualified Potential Clients contact details so you can your sales cycle asap.

Who can see my sale price?

Only you can see the dollar amount of the sale you made. Your Contact only sees the commission amount due to him.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel your monthly subscription product at any time from your PayPal account. You will be charged every month on the same date (or as close as possible), until you cancel your subscription. Please note that if you wish to cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect from the end of the last billed period. On the 'Sign up now' menu selection select the 'Register as a Contact' button; registration as a contact is FREE. If you already have a Sales1Up Business Owner account, your CONTACT account email address will need to be different. With two different email addresses the auto responder can differentiate between you the Business Owner and you the CONTACT.

Sales1Up Affiliate Program: Is there a minimum payment?

Yes. Sales1Up does not pay out until minimum affiliate earnings total $50. If you do not meet this threshold in any given month, your earnings are carried over until you do reach $50.

Sales1Up pays on month day 15. For example, your payouts earned in February would be paid on March 15th.
